1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Tailor India Tours website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and send you a written confirmation.
- A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment is due 45 days before the tour start date
- Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking
- All prices are quoted in currency you aske for.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 45 days before departure: 20% of total cost
- 30-45 days before departure: 35% of total cost
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- 10 days before departure: 80% of total cost
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total cost
4. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. Tailor India Tours is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or incomplete travel documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and baggage loss. Tailor India Tours is not liable for any losses not covered by your insurance.
6. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to adhere to the published itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or situations beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided where possible.
7. Liability
Tailor India Tours acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, sightseeing and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by the acts or omissions of these third parties.
8. Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety. Please consult your doctor before traveling and ensure you have all necessary vaccinations. Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
