Day 1

Arrive in afternoon at Delhi airport. On arrival you will be met by drive, who will accompany you to transfer the hotel. Rest and relax at your hotel followed dinner and night stay.

Day2

Breakfast followed by a tour of Humuyuns Tomb and the Qutab Minar complex. Besides the famous tower the complex also has the finest metallurgy pillar made in the ancient world, created by the Guptas. After the Qutab Minar lunch followed by a tour Jama Masjid followed by exploring the old Delhi bazaar. In the evening dinner at Kareems, the 5th generation Mughal restaurant, followed by returning to hotel for night stay.

Day 3

Breakfast followed by leaving by road to Haridwar, Haridwar is the famous for holy river Gangs where many pilgrims comes across the India for Nirvana (reincarnation).

Day 4

Haridwar city starts at around 6.30pm. 1 to 5 times Aarti is performed daily at the Har ki Pauri Ghat. Aarti symbolize 5 thing mainly these are 1 ether (akash) 2 wind (vayu) 3 fire (agni) 4 water (jal) and 5 earth (pruthvi). In Sanskrit the meaning of "Aa" is "towards or to" and the meaning of "rati" is right or virtue". The Aarti is done in a clock wise manner around the Lord. Ganga aarti is a devotional ceremony that uses fire as an offering. It's usually made in the form of a lit lamp, and in the case of the Ganges River, a small diya with a candle and flowers that's floated down the river. The offering is made to the Goddess Ganga, as well lovingly referred to as Maa Ganga, goddess of the most holy river in India.Day

Day 5

Early morning breakfast and followed by the tour holy city Rishikesh. This is very close to Haridwar. In Rishikes there very important Ashram, Where yoga meditation lesson and speeches given by the priest. your stay in Ashram.

Day 6

5am wake up, 5:30-6;25 practical pranayama/shatkrmas, 6;45-9;00 practical Ashana, 9;00-10; teaching Methodology, 10;00-11;00 breakfast, 11;00-12;30 Anatomy and Ayurveda, 13;30-14;00 fruit snacks 14;00-16;00 Philosophy, 16;00-17;00 Maditation, 17;00-18;00 Dinner and 18;00-19;00 Chanting.

Day 7

Day 8

Day 9

Breakfast followed by transfer to Dehradun airport (half hours drive) for boarding Goa flight. Arrived Goa in evening. Dinner and night stay at yoga retreat.

Day 10

Two season of Yoga and Maditation and rest of the day is at your leisure.

Two season of Yoga and Maditation and rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 13

Breakfast followed transfer to domestic airport for Mumbai flight. Arrived in afternoon, your stay in Colaba area, this the old part of Mumbai. In evening take a walk and see Portuguese and British architecture, there are some of famous Indian and Continental restaurants. Night stay at hotel.

Day 14

Breakfast followed by walking down to the Gateway of India to take a boat to Elephanta Island (35 minutes by boat). Elephanta Island is named by the Portuguese in the 16th Century though is a cave temple complex dating between the 5th and 8th Centuries, very worthwhile to see and now also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Return to Mumbai through the gateway of India. Lunch followed by seeing the Prince of Wales Museum. A very fine collection of South Asian fine and decorative as well as religious art spanning 3000 years. After the Prince of Wales museum you could wander the main bazaar area or if modern art may be of interest there is the Jehangir Art Gallery that rotates different exceptional contemporary artists. Dinner followed transfer to Mumbai International Airport.

All the accommodations (3-4 star category hotels) with breakfast.

Train journey if mentioned in itinerary.
